Every MERLAE piece is made to order - crafted specifically for you. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
Processing & Production Time
All orders are made to order and go into production immediately after purchase. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow an additional 4-8 business days for delivery via USPS.

- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $50
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because every item is made to order and goes straight into production, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Holiday & High-Volume Delays
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing and shipping times may be extended beyond our standard windows. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 business days of your expected delivery date. We'll make it right - whether that's a refund or a replacement item.
⚠️ A Note Before You Wear
We recommend washing all clothing items before wearing. Our fleece garments may have some natural fiber fallout from production - this is completely normal and will resolve after the first wash. A quick wash ensures your piece is fresh and ready to wear.
